(Pre-paid legal) Its about 30 dollars/mo. But you have 24/7/365 emergency hotline and the lawyers will be on the phone with the cop probably before they put them in the backseat. That situation above would likely not have happened. Period!

    I found this for about 5 bucks on ebay. Works amazingly well. Fits on the handle bar right by the clutch or front brake master. It holds the phone tightly but I still add additional security by wrapping a ponytail-er (rubber band) and a a small ziplock in the rain.     They should be sued and fired. Incompetence, corruption, bullying by police, legislators and the judiciary has gotten out of hand. These civil servants should be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. Some of these things should bring felony charges. Dismissal from the duties of a Sworn Officer of the Law/Court should be quick, swift and certain.
