True, I do know all of that except..... it is not a common thing to double-click ANY button, anywhere, regardless of the OS (at least the ones I am familiar with). just sayin ... not debatin

Generally when I am replying to a thread, I'm already at the bottom (coz that's where the last post is for me). It makes no difference if I'm using Quick Reply or not. Was just confused when I clicked the "Reply to Thread" button (like I always did) and the familiar window did not appear. Also makes no sense to have a "Reply to Thread" button at the bottom, just above the Quick Reply box, that does nothing more than "blip" the screen and leave you looking at the exact same thing. There is; however, a "Reply" icon at the bottom right of each post (beside Reply with Quote" that opens Quick Reply so that kinda adds the the "makes no sense" that the "Reply to Thread" button does the same thing. geeez, hope I didn't lose ya in all that .... coz I think I lost myself!

I took off my D&Ds and put the stock back on a few weeks ago. I like the D&Ds most of the time but going up hills around the city they're a tad too loud. I'm planning on re-working the baffles for next riding season just to tone them down some.

For some reason, when I click on Reply to Thread, I'm no longer getting the normal "advanced" window.... just displays the Quick Reply ???? I then have to click on Go Advanced to get the "normal" reply window.

You should do like one of my students did (back when I was a computer instructor) ... she kept all of her passwords on stickys on her monitor Myself, I keep all important URLs and their login information in a password protected Word document on my computer. Fortunately, I never forget that ONE password.

FWIW, I've repainted 3 bikes over the years (all with "tupperware") using regular automotive primer/surfacer with zero adhesion issues. First one was aftermarket fairing and bags (can't recall the brand) I added to my 76? Honda CB750. Next one was an '83 Wing, 3rd was an '87 Venture.

I heard that when brain fluid leaks out, it's just your body making room for all the "smarts"! Hope all goes well for ya bro!
