  1. utadventure, just wondering how the trip to Mt. Rushmore went.....
  2. Thanks for the flowers Cougar! Sorry the cleaner took so long, we were brewing a special batch.....
  3. Just clean the F4 with Alcohol and paper towels and the rain shedding will be fine. Road grime and debris gets built up and this causes the shield not to shed rain as well as when it was new.
  4. Cougar, the tinted shields are available! All sizes, vented or non-vented......the wait is over! Give us a call, we can get one out to you!
  5. Tom, just wanted to let you know that we have tinted shields available for YRSV riders now! How's it going? We just finished another rally season and are checking in with old friends.....
  6. The best thing to do is take a paper towel and rubbing alcohol and clean both sides. They either use our cleaner or Windex or any other non aresol glass cleaner. You will find that the rain shedding will be great. Call us if we can help. Don Frank 330-968-4644
  7. The F4 is now available in tinted.
  8. The Rain shedding on the F4 is great if you keep the windshield clean. Here is what we recommend to enhance the rain shedding: Take a clean paper towel and use rubbing alcohol and clean both sides very well. This will take all of the road grime and any other cleaners off that you might have used. After this just use any glass cleaner and paper towels and it will shed rain great. Thanks for your comments. Don F4 Customs
  9. Well you asked and we listened. You wanted a Tinted Venture windshield with and without vent and F4 Customs now has them. Give us a call at 330-968-4644 and we will get you one coming. Ride Safe Don Frank President
  10. Thanks for the comments. This is Don at F4 Customs. If you find that the F4 Shield is not shedding rain the way you like here is a tip: Take a clean paper towel and poor some isopropyl rubbing alcohol on it and clean both sides. This will take the shield back to the "As New State" and you will be pleased. Ride Safe! Don
  11. Thanks for the excellent job reporting on the shield Tom! Haven't had time to check in much, but will be watching now that weather is getting better. We will be in Charleston, SC 4/25-28, then on to Thunder beach in Panama City. Ride safe!
  12. So true Cap'n Joe, we do appreciate ALL the comments that any of our F4 Customs family can give us, that is how we make the product better and better! We like to get flowers, of course, but we are ready and willing to listen to the sour grapes too. We take them very seriously and work hard to turn them into flowers! We want everyone to enjoy the product as much as we do.....
  13. Sorry for the delay, ya'll put me in a hard spot with so many good stories to choose from! Plus, I have been on the road a lot the past two weeks, traveling to the Charlotte Easy rider show and then to our Dallas distribution center opening. Gonna be contacting "TD'sTD" to make arrangement for the new windshield!! Again, the decision was not easy and I am passing along an EXTREME THANK YOU to all who participated. The staff here at F4 Customs fully understands that YOU are the reason we can keep on keepin' on with one of the greatest jobs and best products in the motorcycle industry! Remember, even losers can win with 10% off a shield this week! Thanks again!
  14. Holy cow! The list is exciting and I love hearing your stories! I will check back until Friday, then make a difficult decision. The response is beyond anything we expected, and the "bikesmanship" is tremendous fun!
  15. Thank you all for the response. WOW, do I have a job ahead of me! I will follow the thread until the end of the week, then make a decision. ALL look like very good candidates! Humminbird, and anyone else "on the fence"-I will extend the 10% off for one week after I choose the rider with the "right stuff" if that will help! Again, thanks for the flowers, all of you! Seems like 1st gen riders abound.....
  16. Yep the F4 windshields have vents and we use the Honda 1800 OEM. Most of our riders prefer the wide with the vent. Thanks for your support. Don
  17. Looking for someone that has a RSTD OEM shield that is used so that we can work on our developement of the new shield. Call Don at F4 if you have one and we can discuss it. Don 330-968-4644
