The player is an Adobe FLASH Player, make sure you have the FLASH plugin installed in your browers. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Oh but you said you saw the bar scroll so that should mean you already have Flash installed? Don't know why it wouldn't work?? I just played it and it played fine. You may try clicking on the HD icon and see if it will play in standard defienition.
