I've had XM Radio on the bike for years. I'm using a Ram Mount made for holding the unit and antenna. I can move it from my cruiser to the boat or on the bike. Here is a couple pics to show the set up I have.
Don't give up Don, but you went the wrong way trying to get to Marissa. Some kid asked Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton to his prom on Youtube, and she responded. Said if nothing else changes her schedule, that she would go with him. Go figure??
I agree with going with a Ram Mount. They may cost a few bucks, but it is a very clean and easy way to mount your GPS. I have a pic of mine on a previous post in this thread. I've ran mine from Florida to Pennsylvania and Washington DC to Missouri and never had a problem. With a GPS you can never get lost. if you miss a turn, its just recalculates a new route to go a different way.
Here the only pic I got right now but you get the picture. It only 40x73. This is just the back entrance during the 2008 Skid In.
We got rid of ours last fall because they were too impractical. I got to take them out for a fast test ride before they loaded them up on the trailer. I was not impressed.
I was out shopping this weekend and no shortage here. Only thing is that there is a two box limit per day per customer. All Calibers available. What caliber are you looking for Peg?
