Very good, work on Amazing Grace and come over to South GA and so some singing for us.
  3. I learned in my years in the military and ministry, a lot of things sound good on paper but in reality they do not work out very well. What sucks here is by the time the big boss finds out how much it sucks, the business will be ruined. My wife is the worse when dealing with bad service. I realize not everything can be perfect every time you go somewhere. We went to a Sonny's over two years ago, service sucked, food sucked. We had been there many times before, but from now on she will not go there. I have snuck there many time since with good service and food. Bottom line, food could be great but if service sucks people are not coming back.
  4. I soak a rag with it and put on my joints when they really hurt, if the pain is mild I just spray with Windex
  5. The CB should have a protection circuit in it, if the SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) gets to high, it will reduce the transmit power. if you cannot talk to anyone CB antenna on the wrong side switch. I usually ride alone or the other guy I ride with doesn't have a CB so I haven't used mine yet. So let me ask the dumb question, what side is it suppose to be on.

When I seen the title CMA I thought you had a post about Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) LOL
  8. Thanks for the info. I haven't needed my bike towed yet...... But I will check into that. I had state farm and it was expensive so I switched to GEICO

  10. Bad situation but some good info I have Geico insurance and they have road side assistance, I hope I never have to use it.
  11. I had a GF long time ago that worked there, at the end of the day depending on how full the ice cream bucket was she could bring it home. I would be outside with a cooler.... YUMMMMM but it seems today that the most of these stores have stopped these benefits
  12. Ribbon around an old oak tree
  13. No life is finally getting slower and starting to check on this again
  14. I put a GPS on my bike and my bike is at least 5 under, depending on how fast I am going. The slower I am going the more accrete the speedo is, the faster the more off it is. I think the most it gets off is 5 mph. Either way I try not to be a speeder, these little towns in S. GA they tell the cops they have to earn their salary, and boy do they. Unless in a hurry I do the speed limit, the one my speedo is doing .
  15. One of my favorite things to do is just get on the bike and ride, come to a new paved road and say lets see where that goes. Half of the time I am semi lost. But like you, I get sightseeing and miss turns and other things. When I had a Wing I would ride out a tank of gas, then fill up and turn on navigation and head home. I recently had to buy a GPS for my bike, so I can do the same.
  16. I think we had a thread hack. I loved that Trail 70 somewhere I have a picture with my and my brothers riding that bike. I see them for sale down here. I keep thinking about buying one then I think where would I store it, and what would it look like with my fat butt on it. The other bike I would like to have for throw back reasons, is a BMW 75/5R. Probably my love for baggers. My dad had one that had bags and a wind jammer faring, we would ride that bike all over. If my dad and I where going somewhere I would ask if we could take the bike, I loved ridding on the back of it. He also had a 69 Honda 350, I think.
  17. I believe that is a Honda Trail 50 or 70. it was the first bike I ever road,
  18. Funny. My kids all have smart phones and are on them all the time. I do have a smart phone and FB, but FB is not on my smart phone. I use my smart phone for calls, text, GPS, I get lost a lot too, and email. sometimes I lookup some trivial piece of knowledge. I remember the days, back in 81 when I first joined the military and was stationed in Del Rio TX. I bought a 1980 Suzuki GS1000 and decked it out with fairings and bags, and road it all over the country without a credit card, or a cell phone, with only a few bucks in my pocket. Boy how life has changed. larry
