  1. Just some input on lowering the front. I lowered mine 7/8" and hit a hard bump last year, this dented the bottoms of the fork covers by the lower fork fender mounts. I just cut away the dents with a die grinder. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  2. Ditto on what Slowrollwv said. Would have been a good example to the kid as what happens when you steal! Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk

  5. I have mine in a zip lock baggie in the tool pouch compartment behind the locking side cover on my Volusia, c50 is the same bike. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  6. So, will it Stat slipping more gradually or are these known to fail all at once? Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  7. Since we are on the subject, my 99 rsv grabs hard when shifting but will slip in 4th and 5th if I am in either gear and nail the throttle. Is this normal to these bikes? I am not a hot rod and the bike performs well so it is not an issue, just want to know if it's normal? Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  8. We had a great time meeting the gang Friday at Freebird's and being tasked by the Grand Puba to lead the group to QSL. The images in my mirrors were surreal! Bikes as far back as the eye could see, wish i had a pic of it. (Hope the pace was good) I will be dumping pictures here and I welcome others to do the same. http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q654/Pauljewl/20160610_201608_zpsljbcytit.jpg http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q654/Pauljewl/20160610_202053_zps6gcleptd.jpg http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q654/Pauljewl/20160610_202710_zpstxswgvvl.jpg Eileen and Robin. 9. Since it it's an AC/DC power unit you can also TIG weld with it (not aluminium though) . You can also carbon arc cut with it but will need some accessories. Once you learn to dial in your settings and not stick the rod to the work piece you will be able to make a nice pass with a bit of practice. Nice find. This thing may dim the lights for a second. 11. I used "sixty" brand on my four wheeler. They looked like a guilty product!, still on there and stopping well. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  12. If I remember correctly when the pictures were expandable is that I was impressed with the effort someone went though to actually mold or fiberglass the pods for the speakers and it looked to be a very professional job, something to copy for sure. BTW, there is a guy on the other bike forum I frequent that bought a yellow and black RSV with no trunk on it, wonder if it came off that bike. He was on here a couple times but have not seen any posts lately. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk

  15. I do recall someone selling a yellow and black trunk here that had larger speakers in it. It was a nice job with custom enclosures. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk

  18. I get the road service offered by the insurance provider, that way I call the tow copay of my choice and get reimbursed. I have not used it for the bike yet but for the cars a few times. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk
  19. I told him to get a bunch of the letter "d" and apply them in the appropriate place on the clothes. Not sure if Don heard me cause there was no response. Sent from my SM-T900 using Tapatalk

There is some good "new" country out there just not on the radio so much. I am encouraged that things will turn around cause of all the awards Chris got. I like Zac Brown a lot but even his last offering was very diverse. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
  25. People will stop going there then the rules will change again or the doors will close. My $0.02. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
