Thinking about a spring ride for June. Here in Wisconsin.

Sharon the other day said she sure misses having people over and going out ridding. So, I thought I would put this out there and see if there was any interest.

Do a Friday and Saturday ride, I will say that we are the take it easy kind of riders. And its a pretty laid back get together. In the past we go out for a ride have some lunch and back here for cookout and set around the campfire and get to chat.

We have plenty of area to campout. its rustic there will be porta potties to use. We have our camping area down by the creek. Or there are motels in Viroqua or there are area campgrounds with electric and water hook ups with bathrooms and showers, and they are nice clean campgrounds

I know that this is pretty early but like I said I wanted to see if there is much interest. I don't see much for Venture Riders getting together and meet. I know we sure had a lot of fun in the past.

I am interested as I have now moved permanently to Madison.   I have attended at least a couple of your rides in the past and have enjoyed them

duey would be  interested but it has always fell on the same weekend as my aa retreat. just  depends on the date!

Whats the general area you're in? I've never been to a Venturerider event, so after being on the site for like 10+ years I think I may like to finally go to one!

We are near Viroqua,  Western part. The area is called the driftless region.

What weekend is your retreat.

usually first weekend in june. june 5, 6 , n 7th this next year! this year i couldn't ride because i laid the bike down on may 24th really easy. i had no road rash n the bike was all cosmetic. bike is fixed n am rid,n again. but the laydown produced a health issue that i'm addressing now. showed up in the ct scan that i had a swollen lymphnode in my stomach area n turned out to be cancerous. go'n threw chemo treatments now and it is go'n very well so far. i'm on my second round of treatment and can still ride some days. so ya, anything after the first weekend in june would  be good for me. i've rid'n that area some n it was my kind of road's but don't change the date on my account, i'm not that important.
