Rode to the office today.  Been able to get in more and more. Wife is still a little scared of me riding after the stroke but just taking it easy and not pressing it. With the Monday holiday hoping the weather holds out and I can get in a couple hundred miles.

Likewise on this end...planning to do some moderate riding around and take advantage of the nice weather all weekend long and up until Labor day.

I wear a fitness band on my wrist all day and it keeps track of my activities including steps, workout activities and one of them is heart rate.  I find it comforting to know that my heart rate drops all the way down to 50, when I ride and simply enjoy the wind.  With that said, relax and enjoy the ride.

I forgot to wear mine when riding yesterday.  Would have been interesting. Got in 100 mi but dodging some rain drops.
