Squeeze Posted June 4, 2008 Share #26 Posted June 4, 2008 That's not i expected from a new Max, the Motor will give a very good Base for the Venture, but it's very poor for a Vmax. btw still 5 Gears

Squeeze Posted June 4, 2008 Share #29 Posted June 4, 2008 Squeeze, the other window you are talking about, is it the 2008 RSV???? there is a black cherry and black on in Fredericksburg VA already..... old news. the only change I could detect was the color... I have had a second Browser Window open. I'm sure not going for a 2Gen. It just doesn't fit my Style. No Offense. But, didn't you like the change of Colors ?? :rotf:

dynodon Posted June 4, 2008 Share #32 Posted June 4, 2008 I'd rather have the old cars in the commercial!
MAINEAC Posted June 4, 2008 Share #33 Posted June 4, 2008 Looks like they ripped off the headlight from the Suzuki M-109... I'm not a big fan of the upside down headlight... It looks like it's aimed at the treetops... The pipes look good and that EFI has potential.
BuddyRich Posted June 4, 2008 Share #34 Posted June 4, 2008 1700 cc FI will big a big help on these bikes. Should outrun a Goldwing then.
zlMark Posted June 4, 2008 Share #35 Posted June 4, 2008 http://www.starmotorcycles.com/star/msite/micro_v1.aspx 1679CC and EFI..............NICE!
Freebird Posted June 5, 2008 Share #36 Posted June 5, 2008 I like it but at 18 grand....add all the extras to put that engine in a touring bike and I'm guessing you are going to be well over 20 grand. That's a LOT more than the current Venture.

Squeeze Posted June 5, 2008 Share #39 Posted June 5, 2008 MSRP at Honda power sports web site HERE has the prices from $19,599 - $24,349. Sorry, i was asking the wrong Question. The right Question would have been, how much does one pay recently for a new Wing ? MSRP is nice to know, but i figure nobody pays MSRP.
KiteSquid Posted June 5, 2008 Share #40 Posted June 5, 2008 Around here, I have NOT seen a Gold Wing sell for less than MSRP...........
