Any road that lives through the winter elements needs to be kept up, I would have to say. I've seen some nasty pot holes in NC, TN, KY, OH, PA, even here in AL.. heck they all have some bad roads (because the state says there is no (tax) money to repair them), but yet I have seen many a great road in all of them too. I am supposed to go there on a bike trip in July, but it is looking like I will not be able to afford the time off from work due to some financial setbacks.
