muaymendez1 Posted April 15, 2014 Share #1 Posted April 15, 2014 After getting the bike to run perfect I decided to try out the cruise. There was a gremlin who must have snuck on. Turned the switch on and 3 lights came on. ON SET RES After 3 seconds only the on was lit. I flipped the set switch and RES light blinked. I rocked between SET/ACEL and RES/COAST The SET light came on and I was in cruise but she was accelerating. A little more switch play and I could set cruise but not acel when I wanted, then no set at all. LoL Should I get a Can of Gremlin reppelent? They can stick or be set to come on too soon. Some folks who have installed leather streamers on the clutch and brake levers found the wind blowing on them will disengage the cruise. It's got enough play that the streamers may be opening the switch. Will readjust and see what happens. On my way to work this morning, I noticed I could push the lever forward.
