With low overnight temperatures would be nice to have a heated seat !

That's not where I'm cold. It was 43 when I left the house Tuesday morning. I need heated gloves.

Not fussy on riding below 50 (but it happens) that is when my toes and fingers get cold, the rest is easy to keep warm.

 

According to Swifty it is because I smoke and the extremities get cold first due to poor circulation

Try Hand warmers, "Hot Hands", drop them in your gloves to worm up the back of your hands. It keeps your fingers nice and warm.

I also use there body warmer pad with adhesive, and place it on the inside of my jacket to warm my upper back and neck.

+1 for the hand warmer packets inside your gloves... does a good job while saving up to buy heated gloves.

Now that I have heated gloves, they have become one of my favorite & most useful accessories. My buddy with a heated seat on his goldwing says he rarely uses it. His heated gloves & grips keep his fingers toasty and he says he doesn't feel cold anymore so he doesn't even turn on his OEM heated seat.

anybody know of a seat pad like the gel seat pads, or air hawk pads that have heat?

Came with the bike from the previous owner. I will check and see if there is a manufacturers label.
