Pain in the back

BIG TOM

Inversion table works for me. I am on it two or three times a week. The disc are like sponges that are our shock absorbers---when they go flat no more shock absorber. Disc are mostly water --by stretching them out (thus hanging upside down) water can seep back into the disc providing relief. By the way , accuratly measure yourself before you start, I grew an inch and a half in height. If someone told me i could grow at my age I would laughed at them. But it did happen to me. It may not be perminant fix , it works for me for now.
