MiCarl Posted November 20, 2008 Share #2 Posted November 20, 2008 Whatever colors you choose, pop the few extra $$ and get a good quality roller. Makes all the difference in the world!

Marcarl Posted November 20, 2008 Share #5 Posted November 20, 2008 I'd say make it black and white with red all over,,, and maybe yellow pokadots for the bra and tank cover.
eazyduzzit Posted November 20, 2008 Share #6 Posted November 20, 2008 Whatever colors you choose, pop the few extra $$ and get a good quality roller. Makes all the difference in the world! That reminds me of when I was a kid. A friends dad painted his old pickup a cool blue color. I saw it and told him it looked good. He said "Yeah pop could have done a lot better if he'd had a decent brush". I walked up a little closer to it and sure enough, he had painted it with a brush. You couldn't even tell until you were right up on it.

waterbug Posted November 20, 2008 Share #9 Posted November 20, 2008 The best thing you can do is just start looking at magazines and looking on the net for pictures of diffrent bikes thats what I am doing til I make up my mind before I tear her apart to do. Good luck!!!

Squidley Posted November 21, 2008 Share #14 Posted November 21, 2008 Obviously color is a very personal thing, had I not had the accident and totalled my '99 I was thinking of going with the copper color that the Chryslers have on them and a burnt orange. I would go to a auto paint supply house and start looking in their books to see what colors you like. KWTrains went with bright yellow and black, and I think that it's going to be a fantastic combo. It's really all in what is keen to your eye
