Our 24 yr old son, Dane, has ridden a YZF for the last 5 years. Some of you know him from the Cody Roundup last year. (He rode 3,000 miles on that little thing out there) anyhoo.....He traded bikes this week and hasn't told his dad yet. He's riding up this weekend to suprise him!! It's a 2010 Honda Sabre. As a mom, I'm glad he traded off the YZF. Even though he's a careful rider.... Here he is on his old bike and here's a pix of his new one! I can't wait to see it in the flesh! Hello my friends. Yes, I'm in Germany visiting my parents. My dad survived the last 12 month and I'm so thankful to all of your prayers and well wishes. Last Friday my parents celebrated there belated 50th wedding anyversary with 50 family members and friends. Al and I thought it would be wonderful to fly over and suprise my mom and dad. It was very emotional as you all could imagine. I had told my dad that I was a little worried to suprise him, because of his heart, he replied , even if I had died I would have died a happy man. Well, that turned on everybodies waterfaucets. :crying: However, he really ment it. I have only one more day and it's back to the US. Time sure flies when you have fun. I miss Al so much, but It is hard to leave your family behind too. Anyway, it was great to see my dad in good health again. Still a little shaky but otherwise ok. Can't wait to be back. Tally ho

Someone made my day yesterday (hoot, hoot!!) I got a package in the mail and what a wonderful suprise!!! Ran right home and put them on!! From one Virago owner to another....thank you very much! Here's a pix of how they look on my forks! Also wanted to post a pix of my new paint job. She use to be an ugly, and I mean butt ugly, burgandy and gold. This is a great family to belong to! Thanks again for making my day!!

Got a great suprise Sat!! One of our twins (he's in the blue) and a friend of his rode up from central Iowa to give me a mother's day present........leather half gloves and a leather doo rag!!! Gotta love a kid a kid that gives his mamma chrome or leather for holidays!!!

I counted 33 bikes and 45 people at the Asheville supper run this evening. What a good meal and great time. A special thanks to 1 rooster for the get together.He got a suprise of his own.
