Has anyone here swapped out the gears from a V-Max final with a 2ndGen final, and if so is it much of a hassle? Second. Is the stud in the V-Max final for the left shock easily removable? Here's the deal. I have spares of each and thought I'd swap out the gears and have a low geared RSV final, and a sellable high geared V-Max final to offset some of the costs, and I'll still have the original on the '99 to keep as a spare.

Hey guys. I'm looking for the 2 front upper fairings and the 2 front lower farings. I've been looking on ebay alot, haven't been able to find anything. If you guys have any spares laying around you'd be willing to sale, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks guys!

I must have had a worse day...just cannot remember it now. As I was winching the 87 VR up on the Volvo semi for the trip to the Rio Grande Valley for the winter I slipped on the ramp and lost my balance which resulted in a drop test from about 2.5 feet. It landed on the right handlebar which bent severely and main fairing which cracked in several places. I guess my stupidity will cost me 5$? Not to mention much more than that in plastic repairs. Does the stupid fund accept Paypal? I have a spare handlebar but need another right fairing and the parts that hold the speaker and a right front turn signal. I'll be monitoring ebay but wondered if any here had spares for sale. Thanks. Larry -
Hey folks, got me a new bike! Looks to be a 1986 Venture Royale. A bit of polish and some Sea Foam and good to go. Actually, I am going to go fetch it and tear it down for spares. (It was the only way to get the chrome fender bottom) JB

I know some of you have this. Interested, but leary. 3 hours of battery power just doesn't make sense to me. What do you do about the short battery life? Do you carry spares? Is there a way to hard wire it to the bike? Thanks in advance.
