Hello Everyone: Very pleased with Bernie and HER staff at Precision Cycles in Denver yesterday. We drove 4 hours one way to find a cycle store large enough to offer several different selections of "IN STOCK" helmets and accessories. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their large selection of products. We purchased new MATCHING Nolan N103 helmets with intercoms. We will likey be a repeat customer!

When my bike was imported new to the Uk, the turn signals had to be changed so they only flash when turning & then are off. But I know from your bikes & my previous 'Wing, yours are on all the time. Do any of you know how this is done? Is it by the wiring, if so where would it be, or by a special bulb or something. Greatful for all your knowledgeable help.

Are the mufflers identical between the Mark I and Mark 22 lst Editions? Could the Mark II's be a tad longer? Just curious. Thought I read something about this at one time but can't find it now so I refer to those much more knowledgeable than I. -
I am looking for a set of front fairings for a 89 VR because the previous owner dropped the bike and broke both fairings. I have been offered a set of fairings from a 83 VR and would like to know if they will fit a 89. I am not that knowledgeable about what the interchangeability is from year to year. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can find this information? Thanks. Jim -
My "new to me" 87 VR is acting up with a fast idle around 2500 rpm when warmed up. I've searched this forum and have found it is not that unusual. The recommended fixes are beyond my comfort level, as I would rather take it to someone who knows, rather than mess it up further myself, at least until I understand what to do. I am in the Benton, IL area about 110 miles SE of St. Louis. Any knowledgeable members or recommended shops/mechanics in this area? Thanks.
