I've got about 2500 miles on my RSMV and when I first got it had about 15 grand on her . I noticed the clutch clunking a little when you put her in gear 1st to 2nd the most so I changed the oil with Yama Lube 20w50 and a new filter and it took a lot of it out so my ? would be . Is it time for the clutch up grade or Is this the normal for it .

Well it's really tough at first changing your eating habits but after awhile I can honestly say that I don't miss it ..... I went from 303 lbs. and now I'm 225 .... I traded a whole Pizza for a bag of carrots and no it don't taste the same but ... I feel a whole lot better than I did ... Yeah I know I don't LOOK any better LOL ..... I'd rather feel better and Ride .. Than Feel bad and Die ....

Took my wife out twice to the TEXAS ROAD HOUSE and each time they told me SORRY SIR BUT WE ARE OUT OF STEAKS............... HUH... I said to the WAITRESS but aint this a STEAK HOUSE .... I got my new A1C back and it was GREAT ... Lost over 80 lbs and off over half my meds .. It was a long hard Battle and I'm still fighting . My last A1C was 13.6 and the average is between 0.4 to 6.0 but now I got it down to Drum Roll Please .. 5.09 and my Triglycerides was up over 500 that's Heart attack and Stroke range but I'm really proud to say this last report came back really Great . My Kidneys took a beating and it was elevated some what but Doc said this would come down to as I progress with my diet and exercise . Diabetes is a bad disease and I see it everyday for I work at the Hospital and Plus I'm Diabetic . Just wanted to share this . Thanks for listening
