  1. Ohhh LARRY! Don't do that to me...
  2. RaggTop.... So why is this trike up in the air? what is Larry doing to it? I also love the idea of having the front on the ramp as well. that way we can bring everything up to the same hight. When I find my manual , I will copy it for you and send it to you. Jeff
  3. Went to emergency last Friday and I was a (9) , they gave me TWO shots of Morphine and I didn't feel the shots at all.. nothing happened.. darn... anyways that was great thanks. Jeff
  4. Jim just emailed me back and...... Jeff, The diff if fine to jack up with and also if you have a trailer hitch you can jack from the point where the rear supports connect to the hitch. Jack stands can be placed on the main frame. Jim Gooch Customer Service /Warranty Manager I Do have the hitch as well So now we have servral ways of jacking it up !! good to know.
  5. Bear, what is the kit price on it ? and it is shipped to your home?
  6. Gatcha,,, thanks, ,can't wait to see it done and some while building shots would be awesome. Jeff
  7. Larry, why do you have a couple Hannigans at your house/shop? Are you working on some sort of top secret up grade or something?
  8. Okey Dokey.. Thanks Larry--I will give it a shot today after work then.. It would make life a lot easier that way.. jack in middle and jack stands on each side. and just for the hell of it I will email Jim and ask him why this would be a problem.
  9. Could be that the differential is off-set and they worry about it tipping? Dunno It is good to know that you guys are not seeing any problems in doing it that way. might just have to start myself then I also at first thought if using that spot as a jacking point it might mess with the drive shaft in someway (Alignment ?) (Pressure?) P.S. my POR-20 will be in today, so over the weekend I will get that on the extension pipes and post a pic for you guys.
  10. That's Strange I am hearing a few of you that are having this "terrible squealing sound" I have never had that yet. Just wondering what is causing that to happen? So did you ever send your rotors back or have them turned for back-up? OR are your still sitting in that garage grooved like mine? Or do you think it is even possible to have them turned or would it even be worth it? Jeff
  11. Larry, I also used to do that for many years on my older cars as well. Have no idea why that have that on there manual that way , so I never have. was commenting to bongobobny about it. Jeff
  12. Robert, have you tried the EBC FA266 pads yet? If so how long was the wear?
  13. just was wondering what that means?
  14. Congrats
  15. Well, that was one of the huge no no's from Hannigan about using the diff as a jacking point. So you see no problem with it ?
  16. BAD ? This would be a great next winters project I bet.. It also depends for myself on how this master cylinder would look and mount up on the bars as well.
  17. Thanks for the Link.............. NOW all we need is for Larry to make some kind of kit for us !!
  18. Very Very Interesting. YES please do some kind of step by step and all the part numbers we need for this awesome upgrade PLEASE!!! standing by! my next winters project! Yippy Skippy! Jeff
  19. Leo, And do not worry. yours is fine LOL... they rectified the problem over 2 years ago. to bad they had to send about 30 of us new rotors and I might add it was FAST and great customer support. they were not happy at all. but they took care of us. I still have my old/new rotors thought about having them turned but not sure if they would get to thin or not. still have them in the drawer. I myself want to try out these new pads soon the Brembo's seem to ware pretty fast. I will also take pictures for you on the removal of the brake pads if you like. Jeff
  20. George, They do use Honda Civic or Accord for the arm shocks etc. but the rotor and caliber is from a separate company. that company that make the rotor and the caliber send the unit complete the Hannigan. When Mine was done it had the WRONG PADS ( and about 30 other kits).. they put pads for stainless steel rotors and our rotors are cast iron.. *OOPS* it put really bad grooving into the rotors and Hannigan had to resend us all new rotors that year. The grooving started and wreaked the rotors with in 300 miles or so. Jeff
  21. PERFECT LEO !! you will love those setting's very much.
  22. AWESOME
  23. your very welcome, glad it might help you one day
  24. I found rather coming behind the trike (lower profile). It was much easier to come in with the jack from the left/right side front fenders. it also gives you the room to plant a couple jack stands as well. Just come in from the direction shown and place the jack(s) under the shock bolt area. when coming in from that direction it allows you to be able to place the jack in the front on the other bar. when I remove both wheels I still leave both jacks in place and add the jack stands for saftey. These are $16 dollor jacks from your favorite Auto Store. While all the tires are off I plan on using POR-20 in the Exhaust extensions And cleaning everything up under there. I will post the POR-20 job next week. Enjoy.
