  2. I have to agree on the 96 mine is 97 same colors just reversed. Ruby Black and sandstone are the colors.
  3. LOL forgot I posted this here. Update, with the carb on the bike and no heat. I used the left hand drill bit and extractor that little puppy came out whinning and screaming but out it came. I think Im set at roughly 4 turns out with a CO reading in the 3 to 4% range I followed Barons directions for setting the carbs up for the BAK thou I dont have that just those big arse pipes

  5. Well damn, I didnt think it would be needing that much stuff to convert hmm.   6. Not sure if I posting this in the right section, but I just spent about an hour looking around the forums here . Nice info here. My problem is this, I have a 97 Royal Star 4 piper, she has nasty boys on her from what Im told. I think they starting to get loud or Im just getting bothered by them more. I was looking around and thinking of changing over the 2 piper system. Im not sure if theres certain years I should be looking for. Does anyone know of a complete system for sale for my ride? Or perhaps just the head pipes, as I hear the stock mufflers sound crappy and would probably get some HD take offs. Thanx

  8. well, I did set the 3 I could to 4 turns out. the 4 th carb I cant budge. She is now popping on decel. I did replace the plugs and gapped em .08 . But basically I need to remove that mixture screw and replace with a new one, I just have to get it out somehow
  9. Hi folks new here. This is bike http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m12/Torkk/Virago/IMG_2569.jpg Im having some issues atm, Mainly I have no clue where the pilot mix screws should be set at. They were messed with by the previous owner. I checked em today LF 4 turns LR 7 turns RF4.25 turn and the RR I cant check its frozen and the head is messed up the screw driver wont bite on it. Does anyone know what the screws should be set at? How do I remove a frozen pilot screw?
