I've never gad a problem with Avon Venoms for the past 100K...... I've always gotten "H" rated....

Cruse control works fine......with or with-out the light I just realized that I posted in the 1st gen section this should have been in the 2nd gen section. I have a 2004 RSV......sorry:whistling:

Its been happening for a while now......My over drive Light(5th gear green light) doesn't come on right away when I shift into 5th gear..... Sometimes it doesn't come on at all. Anyone have an Idea what wrong. Its not a big deal but I just ordered new tires, so when I go to put them on I might find the time to rectify the problem......

I've been running Avons on my Venture since Oct 2005 and never have had a problem.... 100K miles later still using them. I get about 15-16k on the rear and 25K on the front

I was supposed to drive down to Tidewater (in the cage) with the wife to see my Daughter today..... I'm taking the bike and she is taking the cage.... As long as I've been around this site I've had the pleasure of meeting a few of these folks and am Proud to ride today in their Honor...... Thanks for the heads-up Eck:happy34:

Venturing Sole and I are Leaving here in about an Hour...... Meeting up with Cecdoo about 10 in Staunton VA..... Then Asheville Bound.......

Venturing Sole, Cecdoo and Myself will be getting there Thursday late afternoon. Since Venturing Sole has never ridden the Tail Of The Dragon, Him & I will be headed that way on Friday morning. Hopefully we will be hooking up with Sleeperhawk as he is trying to get the day off work and join us. So if anyone wants to join us then we will be leaving Black Mountain Super 8 at 8:30am sharp... FYI the trip there is usually a spirited ride when the 3 of us ride together:happy34: Safe but Spirited:whistling:

I get about 10K on my rear brake Pads......I've got 103K on the front brake pads and They are still good....... several people have checked them and Yup at 103K they are still ok.....
