I certainly understand my friend. I don't ride much at all now days. Eileen has been having back problems for a couple of years. She rarely feels like getting on the bike. I think I put maybe 500 miles on mine last summer. Have yet to uncover it this year. Hope you find a new hobby that brings you as much joy as riding did.

I was under the impression that F4 no longer makes them for our bike. To be honest, I've had both and actually preferred the Clearview. I seemed to be a little stronger, less flex.

I don't think I've seen any specifically made for the RSV. Many of us changed out the antenna bases to use the standard sized antennas and then you can go to a stubby.

I've seen several that will work but the original Yamaha rack is my preference. Just looks the best in my opinion. A bit harder to find right now but that is what I would look for.

Best to use a meter to check it but I'm 99% sure that the brown/yellow wire is hot. Should be able to look at the back of the current receptacle and determine.

I would wonder it it is running on all 4 cylinders. They run amazingly well on 3 but mileage will suffer greatly.

We had hoped to do Maintenance Day this year now that Covid has eased up. Unfortunately, Eileen is having some health issues that have made it pretty much impossible at this time. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.
