  1. Yea, I've searched for 200 miles. Found one in Cincinnati that was exactly what I wanted, called and it was already sold. Haven't found another one anywhere. Looks like it's going to be a long wait.
  2. I knew that it wasn't going to be easy to replace the truck but it's probably worse than I thought. I've searched a 200 mile radius and no luck. I'm being told that it will likely be 5 to 8 months before I can get what I want.
  3. @BuddyRich is a member here. I've tagged him so hopefully he will see this and reply. Or you can click on his name and send him a PM.
  4. Well, they called today to tell me they have totaled the truck.
  5. No. Traded it a couple years ago.
  6. Yes, I have pretty much accepted the fact that it is going to be a while. I didn't crawl underneath and look at the frame and etc. If I had to guess, I would figure that they will repair it and not total it. If I'm correct, I expect it will be quite a while before I get it back. Luckily my wife has a car and I have a Dodge Caravan that I drive more than the truck to to work. So I will be okay, not happy but okay without it. I would actually be surprised if they total it. Hope they do but I'm not counting on it. It's as 2018 with about 48,000 miles on it. Value is around 35,000 so it will take a lot to total it.
  7. Eileen had a doctor's appointment today and decided to take my truck instead of the Camaro. Probably a good thing because I don't know how the Camaro would have faired. She is fine, as is the driver of the other vehicle, but my truck isn't so good.

  15. Welcome back my friend. You were missed.
  16. Two nuts under the front nose of the seat. Look under the edge of the seat, both sides, near the nose. They are 10 MM nuts. Remove, lift slightly, and then slide the seat forward and to will lift off.

  24. Yesterday, I had to drive to Columbus to service a stairlift. When I got home I had to get the yard mowed. I was determined to finally uncover and the bike and take a ride today. So early this morning, I got up, uncovered the bike for the first time this year and went for a little ride. As luck would have it, it rained off and on but I went anyway. It was a short but much needed ride. Bike hadn't been started or even uncovered since last fall and I figured on top of everything else, she would be mad at me but she started right up and was rearing to go. If it clears up, I may take it out again later today. It sure felt good though.
