day 2......its 8:30 and I'm still starring at that volcano with my morning coffee...Taters is still asleep...strange to wake up during the night and it still be light out ....don't know whats on Jonas plans for the day, but I heard the word horses in there somewhere and big feast tonight...Jonas's 2 sons spent the night with us...how talented they are..WOW..I nicknamed them because I CANT PRONOUNCE THEIR NAMES...I call them little J and shooter...well, I hope to post some pictures tonight for you after our FEAST:yikes:...later....

Taters and I arrived at 6am this morning..We are sitting here staring at a volcano drinking coffee.....Can't believe we are in freaking "ICELAND"....it is so beautiful here...............as far as the food "I" can handle anything.....BRING IT ON !!!!!........Jonas and Greta are so wonderful to be with...we are having a ball....ps.. Wearing my VR. t shirt and yes "I'm on vacation and will make an A$$ out of myself"...Gonna mess with the TSA guys first (no one wants to strip search a 325lb man) and then Icelandic Customs.... Well, today starts our Icelandic adventure..We are all packed and ready to go...will be heading to the airport in about 4 hours or so....yesterday our daughter was admitted into the hospital with chest pains...she is 35. They are running test on her today and we will have to await the outcome to see what caused this..Taters like any mother is concerned about leaving without knowing why this happened .....hope we hear something before we leave. Just got off the phone with Jonas (StarFan) and he sounds as excited as we are...This is going to be a fun week for sure. He has made arrangements to spend the week with him at his sisters summer cottage in the mountains on or near a lake...Gonna bring the 44mag. and show him the way we fish for salmon here in the states.. Will post pictures in a day or so....ON WITH THE ADVENTURE !!!!

Final preparations underway......we are getting excited about our trip.....cant wait to get under way ...It will be a long travel day from Buffalo to Boston and then a redeye to Iceland...LOOKOUT all you vikings , the YANKS are comming...........

until Taters and I leave for Iceland to visit StarFan and Greta..........remember if you don't hear from me by the 23rd of July ...send in the Navy seals or the Marines or the Infantry or the AIR FORCE.....Wait, better than all that....... Took Annie and Alan to Olcott beach, MAR-JIM Winery , the Berry Patch , out for Chinese and then met up with Big D and Little D for a little bull sesion back at my house....here are a few more pics for you guys and gals to view....What a wonderful time we had today....
