  1. I have the Venture Trunk on my 98 Royal Star Tour Classic II. It was a direct bolt on and looks awsome painted to match the bike. Just to ease your concerns on costs I paid $500 for the complete setup wich included the trunk mount, trunk, speaker pods, backrest pad, upper rack and the grab bars. The only think I had to provide was some extra bolts. I found my setup on one of the star boards on Delphi Forums. Here are some pictures just before painting it, I have not taken any since it was painted. I am hoping to add some to the album this week. http://s249.photobucket.com/albums/gg238/dcgtls/1998%20Yamaha%20Royal%20Star/
  2. I installed the trunk from a 2003 Venture onto my 1998 Royal Star Tour Classic II with no modifications at all, direct bolt-on.
  3. The rubber in your list goes between the plate and the trunk bottom, it is the same sixe as the plate. The other rubber piece that was mentioned id two-sided taped to the rear outside bottom of the trunk and goes the entire width of the trun and does a slight wrap around the corner.
  4. Thanks, mine does have those plates.
  5. What exactly is the reinforcment kit? Any pics? I added a 2003 Venture trunk and saddlebags to my 1998 Royal Star TC II and after the expense of the paint job would like to do what is needed to protect it. Thanks
