  6. Hardley?? NO way.
  7. Trikes are still two seaters aren't they?
  8. While doing the syn keep an eye on the gauge so that you might get an indication as to which cylinder is causing the idle problem. In other words say #3 falls off first when the idle starts dropping then I'd check that carb first. Thou going thru all of them might be the better solution. Larry
  9. Thanks for the concern guys. Joyce and I are fine. We're just going in another direction is all. AND NO we're not going anywhere either cause this place is our biker home. Still riding the bike till it gets sold so you may well see us somewhere on it. Next week at the WNY rally for one and maybe the E.S. M&E in Arkansas thou we're leaning on taking the Miata on that trip. Larry
  10. to the both of you. Especially using bow & arrow. I've always enjoyed bow hunting and taking a bear was on my bucket list but never came to be. Larry
  11. We use the Kentucky parkway all the time going to B2Dad's/Mom's place. As noted a good route with little traffic except when we're around Louisville. Larry
  12. Richard if your friend isn't already a member of triketalk.com let him know there's a section there dedicated for the Stallions. Larry
  13. [quote I terrorized the neighborhood for several years with that thing [/quote Ya and they're still getting terrorized by the bad ass bikers. :rotf:Some things just never change you know. Larry
  14. Wishing you a happy birthday Bob. Have a great day today.
  15. AS a retired wrench I'll tip my hat to you as well. Like the guys have said Congratulations on tackling a job many would not even attempt to do let alone do all of the detailing you've done getting that bike so gorgeous. Wishing you many happy and trouble free miles on "Big Red". Larry

Is the tapatalk application even worth the bother of installing it? Is it a resource hog. Larry
  17. Patti. Hope you have a great day today
  18. Awesome post Craig and sure happy you're enjoying your trip. What a wonderful story you guys had with the French tourists too. Larry
  19. Most trim pieces I see used on vehicles use a double sided body tape. 3-M brand is the preferred tape thou there are others. Any paint supply or auto parts stores carry it. I've even the tape in hardware and discount stores like Wal-Mart's. There's also silicone type sealers that can work too. Again the preferred source isauto parts and paints shops for specific auto applications. Larry
  20. I'm liking that front end as well. I'll give one a test run too. Larry
  21. I did the same thing as soon as I got the bike and before the actual conversion. My bike had 9500 miles on it when I got it but knowing the extra load being put on it I did it now rather than later. On my 05 the clutch started slipping at about 30k . Larry
  22. Nice pics guys. Sure hated to back out on this trip myself. You all have fun and be safe. Hope the Pucster and Tippy got outa town before those storms rolled in today. Larry
  23. You're going to love having that reverse at times. I love mine, as well as the running boards. Especially with those boards as having them does make it a bit more awkward backing up without it. Larry
  24. Smart move having Hannigan do the conversion. Had mine done by them last year. What options if any did you order with the conversion? Looking forward to seeing your pics too. That 03 color combo is one of my favorites . Larry BTW: Welcome to the site and the world on 3 wheels.
  25. Thanks Patti for the info on Jason. While I knew some of the stuff you said about him you've filled in more of the blanks from what I knew. He truly is an amazing young man and I for one certainly tip my hat to him for all he's done thus far. I'm sure we haven't heard the latest of his endeavors yet either. May God continue to bless him & his fellow Air Force comrades. He's a very down to earth guy and unless you knew he was an airman you'd never guess it from talking to him. Larry
