Followed directions...not an easy chore...but they did finally go on. They are confortable and just enough bigger to make it easier on my hands! Condor Posted September 14, 2014 Share #3 Posted September 14, 2014 The '83's grips were gonners when I bought the bike, so picked up a set of new foam replacements from Buckeye. Yep...but much better quality. They are very well made! Superior to the cheap ones on the internet... I was fighting to get them on...using soap and water and a big screwdriver to separate one side so I could pull it up. Never even thought of tearing apart...they are that strong!
