Leon's Custard Stand open for business and a line at the window of people waiting for their ice cream orders. It is -13F with a -40 F wind chill and we still go out to the ice cream stand. We've got Leon's, Culvers, Oscars, Kopps, Gillies, Nite Owl, etc. to keep us satisfied.
