Snaggletooth Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 I got to wonder how hard it would be to convince the LEO's that you don't really need to have those nasty old mirrors on your bike because you have a periscope. Be a fun conversation to listen in on.
Cougar Posted March 11, 2013 Author Posted March 11, 2013 :rotf:Yeah, and don't tilt your head up and down as well. Or what about that afternoon sun behind you
Wade 2000 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 It wouldn't do me any good most of the time I would just be looking at the wife. That would be way too distracting
Cougar Posted March 11, 2013 Author Posted March 11, 2013 No No No The Wife wears it.. She sends back the signal to your helmet.. Via Blue-Tooth !! Simple
Wade 2000 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 No No No The Wife wears it.. She sends back the signal to your helmet.. Via Blue-Tooth !! Simple Ok but she is never looking straight ahead. It would be better for touring rigs to have a camera mounted to the back of the tour pack that would send an image to the rider.

Cougar Posted March 11, 2013 Author Posted March 11, 2013 Well I do know it is the same 2.4 GHz as a home router. Not sure why they did that. I had to put a toggle switch in place to turn off my monitor SO it is Wireless so all you need then is the 4 inch screen mounted to the handle bars :-)
