Bryan The above method works in other programs too such as MS Word or Excel you can also use Ctrl + or Ctrl - but it doesn't work that way in all other progs. Monty, I been working professionally with computers since 1987 - 23 years ... and it never fails... just when ya think ya know "most everything", it all changes and then ya have to learn a bunch more ... (thank you Mr Gates! LOL) I've just upgraded our Windows 2003 servers to new ones with server 2008 .... there's similarities but so many differences and new things!! Next month we're upgrading/replacing 7 of our workstations to Windows 7 & Office 2010 .... ggrrrrrrrrrrrr ... more chit to learn! and inevitably, more incompatibilities to be discovered.
