REDNECK SENSITIVITY Three rednecks were working up on a cell phone tower: Cooter, Ronnie and Donnie. As they start their descent, Cooter slips, falls off the tower and is killed instantly. As the ambulance takes the body away, Ronnie says, "Well, shucks, someone should go and tell his wife." Donnie says, "OK, I'm pretty good at that sensitive stuff, I'll do it." Two hours later, he comes back carrying a case of Budweiser. Ronnie says, "Where did you get that beer, Donnie?" "Cooter's wife gave it to me," Ronnie replies. 'That's unbelievable, you told the lady her husband was dead and she gave you beer?' "Well, not exactly," Donnie says. "When she answered the door, I said to her, 'you must be Cooter's widow.'" She said, "You must be mistaken. I'm not a widow." Then I said, "I'll bet you a case of Budweiser you are." Rednecks are good at sensitive stuff.

Hello Everyone: Finally took a weekend off from Estate issues. Patrolman46 and Babe asked us to attend a 3 day biker event in a nearby town. Took the car down and back on Friday night, but met them in Alliance NE yesterday morning on the bike. while we were waiting for them to arrive, a nice couple from Tulsa OK approached us. They introduced themselves and the husband mentioned how nice my 05 TD and Harley trunk looked. He mentioned they previously owned a 06 RSTD but just traded it for a 2010 Ultra. He quickly noticed a few of the usual modifications. He was not aware of the VR site. They were trailer their new bike to the Black hills and asked for lodging suggestions. We suggested they stay at the Chief Motel in Custer and besure to locate the Purple Pie Place!!! When Patrolman46 and Babe arrived they thought this new couple and us had been friends for years!!!! Donnie took a picture of Dan's 2000MM and sent it to a friend. We crossed paths with Donnie and Holly again in Chadron before we turned and headed west. New friends are a blessing!!!

Unfortunately I posted this in the Royal Tech area earlier, sorry. Was wondering if there was anyone near Central Mo (Sedalia) that already has a carb synch setup that would be willing to help me do mine. I am very leary about messing with the carbs by myself. I would travel to your place or you could come to mine. I would also buy dinner. Thanks, Donnie -
We went to the Donnie Smith Custom Bike show in St. Paul, MN on Saturday. There were a lot of nice customs there. Everything from complete ground up builds to nice custom paint on Harleys. My wife took many photos and will be posting them to her photo blog over the next few days.
