Over tightening the head bearings when cheating WILL cause this! Been there done that. Back them off a bit and take her for a spin. Mike -

Go to a site called wing stuff and get a helmetless headset its plug and play for$79 bucks You can use the speakers and mic or turn the radio speakers on and hang the headset around your neck and just use the boom mic and trigger switch. Mine works fine.

Remove the 90% stem and install a 45% stem and angle it in a forward rotation facing direction so it points out between the rotor and the rim towards the back when you roll it forward. Then go buy a trucker style long neck gauge and tire chuck. Then do the same for the front wheel. -

Larry, I know several venders such as yourself that will be in attendance would most likely bring items with them to the event to save shipping cost, and that makes good sense. there will be a set of Diamond cut fins given away also!! the event is coming soon folks!! get your reservations made!!
