  4. She sure is Pretty and she sure can sing... Think I'll just listen to her on the radio, and just smile... I'm ready to ride!
  5. So... since you are not planning to haul anyone, do you intend to haul "stuff" in it, or, are you buying just to have one... To haul your favorite goat perhaps?... LOL
  6. If i were to get one for my 07 midnight, I'd want on like this: http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.cyclesidecar.com/images/content/galleryphotos/giffith_park_2006/Enclosed_modern_sidecar_with_motorcycle_at_Griffith_Park_side_car_rally.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.cyclesidecar.com/photos/griffith_park_rally.html&h=485&w=600&sz=66&tbnid=6hJO8ZUu4ZzRUM:&tbnh=94&tbnw=116&prev=/search%3Fq%3Denclosed%2Bmotorcycle%2Bsidecar%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=enclosed+motorcycle+sidecar&usg=__sqR8Lof_aCrni5bYombJP06qVt8=&docid=FSH4NzgNIPL06M&sa=X&ei=pxc5UY_PHenYyQGAhoHgCA&ved=0CDIQ9QEwAA&dur=1040 The Yellow one looks good also...Now to find a way to run AC in it....Hummmmmmmmmm.

  8. I was leaning towards BSA but: heres another...
  9. Thats Great news! We'll keep the prayers coming!
  10. I don't know about this one Jay... I'm afraid I'd have to cross party lines... Baaaaaaaaaaa!
  11. Sounds like someone needs educated? Most likely it's a young kid, perhaps a dropout, with a lot of time to kill. Not a very smart thing to do.
  12. I'm Curious, What brought you to the purchase of specific, goat breeds? On my farm, I need goats to get rid of the brush, that grows on extreemely steep hills.
  13. Penny and I are sorry for your loss. I lost my dad a few years ago. We did as he wanted... To do otherwise, would be shelfish.
  14. Don, Happy birthday! Wishing you and yours continued good health.
  15. Thats why I also suggested the 9mm.... Better be versed on clearing jams though...
  16. For dependable home protection: .357 magnum revolver for target shooting and less recoil, use cheaper .38 specials as this is a heavy weapon it not as good to conceal carry although excellent open carry. Although I agree that the higher calipers have more stopping power, your hearing is gonna really going to take a beating if you discharge them in a confined area.... Now, a .44 Magnum will stop anything that needs stopped, but will defintely ring your ears at the range without HP. Can't imagine discharging one in a confined area.... Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch! 9mm semi automatic isn't as hard on your hearing and will not travel as far if you miss. ony down side is its not as dependable as a revolver. Above all else USE FACTORY AMMO for personal protection... Dang! all this talk about guns is actually making me want to own one...LOL:whistling:
  17. What's the main purpose intended for this handgun? Protection home. Protection Conceal carry. Protection Open carry. Target shooting. Investment.
  18. I don't see anything wrong discussing everything here, as long as its clearly titled and civil. If you see a title with something you don't want to discuss, then don't open it. if we start down the intolerance road we will loose membership. At the very least you will drive the discussions underground thru Pm's and the like. Whatever happened to the motorcycle theme, whatever, whereever, live and let live? This politically correct mentality is driving me nuts. Besides, this thread is in no way leaning toward a political discussion on the right to bear arms.
  19. Congratulations! Now the real work begins!
  20. Would seem to me Yamaha is starting to come around . GPS, No CD player, EFI, No suckie air shock, perhaps a lower center of gravity, liquid cooled for all you harley/vision fans, changes in frame etc so on so forth... Lets wait and see what the big boy will evolve into...
  21. No weight or MPG listed? different frame, and, it's not air shock on rear (big plus...lol).
  22. Wishing her good Luck! They grow up quick don't they?
  23. My brother use to fix them back when he worked for Motorola. He said that job in the winter months really bites... Vaguely seem to remember something about him having to get microwave transmissions turned off, before he climbed the tower, as it was "detrimental to ones health".
  24. Think I'll be passing on the hot air baloon rides...
  25. WV has one, Ohio and Pa doesn't. I always wear one... well 99.99 % of the time. Say, If I'm in Florida, in town doing 20-25 mph going to dinner. Even at those speeds I know I could be killed if hit by a car. So I rarely do it. As far as it being a personal choice.. well, of course it is... so is: riding shirtless in shorts and barefooted(flipflops)... (this is in no way directed at Jeff)... Smoking Drinking and Spitting in the wind... I just personally don't believe they are "healthy choices"... IMHO What I'd like to know is: Of the states that allow helmetless riding, do the insurance companies ask if you wear a helmet? And, do they charge more for those that don't? Because you know that a person that dosent protect his head, is going to have more injuries than someone that doesn't. And that's been proven on this site way to many times...
