:325:While we may not agree with every position taken by the ACLU we must not forget that they helped fight for issues such as to strike down seperate but equal, to guarantee the right to consult an attorney before or during questioning, and the prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court will have the final say. It is important to keep in mind that the ninth circuit is known to be more liberal than other circuits.
