I lost my mother this evening. She will be missed

I know the feeling. Mom is still hanging on so far and thank God she is peacefully resting...

Keep the prayers coming hard this week. My family needs lots of peace & comfort now. The last few weeks has been a train wreck. In a nut shell my mother had a stroke in September and it been down hill spiral ever since. She spent a week in CAMC in Charleston the moved to Braxton health center in Flatwoods. For rehab. She did really well the first few weeks but started failing after her got a severe UTI and dehydrated in October. Since then she doesn’t eat or drink to maintains what she needs. I had her back into the ER on Friday morning. Doctor advised that my mother is one very sick person. And he say without food or water she might have 3-5 days. Overall this will be a very hard week to get thru. Pray for us..

Judge Jeffy? That has a good ring to it.

Except for this time I will be behind the bench. I have always felt strongly about the right people being elected or appointed to the right positions. I once heard Franklin Graham say that each person needs to do their part whether it’s the office of the president or local position in your county, city, or school board. As I feel compelled to “do my part” and help my community. I was elected to town council about a year ago and will remain on council but now I have added another position.

Praying everything get worked out quickly

I hope the next Vogel is planned far enough in advance for everyone to reserve a ground level cabin. Just throwing it out there, but the third weekend starts August 14th, 2019.

My advise, NEVER stay in any of the cabins up on the hill. Make reservations early and stay on the flat ground No, I was not one that dropped a bike. and since we only had six bikes & two trikes. That it narrows it down pretty good.
