  6. I'm not sure. That's what they told me. Said they turned the key on and it went all the way around and stayed there. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  7. I have a 2002 Midnight Venture. I bought it three years ago and it has a tach mounted on the brake reservoir. I had it in the shop for a few issues and they somehow shorted it out. It stays pegged all the way around now. Is it safe to ride? I'm not sure what brand it is. It goes up to 12000 RPM.
  8. 90338-11152-00 My local Yamaha shop had them for a little over $8.00 each.
  9. How about this story that was in my local newspaper? GRANT, Ala. The carnage of broken wings and dead canaries that arrived in an Alabama woman’s mail has been replaced by the cheerful chirps and tweets of brand new birds — live ones. The U.S. Postal Service paid for seven new canaries plus the postage needed to send them to Rhonda King, who operates a hair salon in Grant, Alabama, postal officials said. King was crestfallen earlier this month when she received a half-dozen dead canaries in a package marked with tire tracks.
  10. I have driven it in a car a couple of times. Very beautiful. There are a few places to stop and hike a little to look around. Hana is a cool little town. Best to plan on a day to really enjoy it.
  11. I wonder how much drain it puts on the battery?
  12. It could have been like this one. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/07/20/driver-slams-into-baltimore-cop-car-while-playing-pokemon-go-accident/87333892/

  14. Select the band you want, press and hold the up or down tuning button for a couple of seconds, It should find the next clear station. When you find the one you want, press and hold the select button until it flashes. You can press the up/down button to select which position you want (1.2.3,etc.) When you have it, press the select button again. Repeat as necessary.
  15. Thanks Flyinfool. I did read that thread. I'm just not comfortable in messing with the electrical. I appreciate the help and advise. Thanks again to all.
  16. I checked all connections from the battery to the starter. Everything is clean and tight. Had the battery load tested and it showed to be good. Not sure if I trust that though because it's almost 3 years old. Testing the stator and regulator is beyond my skill set. If it gets any worse, I will put it in the shop. Thanks everyone for the ideas and suggestions.
  17. I think it's at least 2 years old. I am going to get it load tested as soon as I can but wasn't sure since the charging voltage drops after it runs for a while.
  18. I don't know. It has a bunch of little lights on it. From a 2 red on left to 4 green on the right.
  19. I went for a ride yesterday, about 200 miles. I noticed about half way that the little volt meter the po installed was down to 2 yellow lights. I turned off the radio and cruise. After a short stop, when I started back up, I had my normal 1 green light. Turned the radio back on ant back to the 2 yellows. We made a few stops and I never had a problem starting. I put a meter on it when I got home and it was showing 13.65 volts charging. The battery was showing 12.5V. After running a few minutes, it was showing 12.2 to 12.? charging. The battery continued to show 12.5V. I am pretty useless when it comes to electrical issues. The battery terminals were clean and tight.
