BEER30 Posted May 10, 2008 Share #1 Posted May 10, 2008 Ok now , there was vynl , then reel to reel , then 8-track , then cassette , then CD (on which many here wished the RSV had) . But by the time they put CD on the RSV , will CD be outdated ? Will we have MP3 players installed , where we will buy SD chips or similar ? Anybody holding there breathe ? Mariner Fan Posted May 10, 2008 Share #2 Posted May 10, 2008 I hope so. MP3 or equivalent gives you so much more in a compact system. Seems to be the perfect set up for a bike. CD's take up room and can skip.

eagleeye Posted May 10, 2008 Share #5 Posted May 10, 2008 I think that like all things electronic, it will always be evolving. But, there is one sound of music to my ears that will never change: The sweet sound of my exhaust:happy34: Steve

BEER30 Posted May 10, 2008 Author Share #8 Posted May 10, 2008 I'm holding out for holographic projectors or possibly cloned miniatures of real artists. In that case , how about a "Transporter" and a "Replicator" just like on Star Trek . A "Replicator" will come in real handy for all the 1 gen's .....no more parts bikes !!!!!!
