uncledj Posted October 13, 2013 Share #2 Posted October 13, 2013 Must've had too many incidents of off duty officers shooting people at football games. I'm glad they took action to prevent any future such incidents.
bongobobny Posted October 13, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 13, 2013 They probably found out that off duty police officers are REALLY rowdy...
86er Posted October 13, 2013 Share #4 Posted October 13, 2013 I guess we shouldn't let them ride with motorcycle groups either! At least not NYC cops.

CaptainJoe Posted October 13, 2013 Author Share #8 Posted October 13, 2013 i hope that dumb ass losses his badge:clap2: Off duty and under cover is not the same................ If you an undercover cop, would you not try to play the part? Time will tell, but if he didn't immediately relay his role in that, his but should be fired! From the responces, I'm Glad I don't, and never will, participate in large events...
Huggy Posted October 13, 2013 Share #9 Posted October 13, 2013 I read that the cops that where part of it have some explaining to do. Even if they where under cover not all the bikers took part in the attack so why did they?

If he was undercover as part of an investigation of the group he was riding with I would have expected him to remain in "character" but the articles indicated that he was not investigating that group but was riding with them in his off duty time. Ya that's the impression I got also.
