My mother lives over by Buckhead, GA & tells me that little snow [a real blessing] is all the water they have in the area.

 

Are folks around there really getting up before dawn & rolling in the dew on their lawns for a bath?? Paving the dry riverbeds for more roads??

 

Or are those just rumors?
