jinx56 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Bring up another old topic: horns I am looking at the RIVCO air horns from Buckeye. They apparently install on the swing arm of the 2nd generation RSV. Mine is a 2001 RSV. Have any of you had any experience with these horns ie ease of install, life span, mainteance etc.? Sylvester Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 They are not behind the saddle bags but under them and to the front. I have had them on my 02 RSMV since 2002 and they work great. Once a year I take them off and squirt WD-40 down the trumpet and shake them good and then drain. Very loud and give sound on both sides of the bike.
