Bike Storage (and other stuff)

With three bikes and four cars at our house, my fall project has been to make a place to protect and secure the bikes, have them on the battery tenders and still have a place to keep Jan and my cars out of the snow. The boys get to scrape and clean off their cars. I must just have too much stuff!!

 

This is what I've come up with:

Nice job. My storage spot started Aug of 06 and I just finished it a few weeks ago. I made a separate room thats heated to store my bike.

Beautiful job - both look great.

When I lived on the farm, I bought a trailer (the haulage end of a transport truck) for about $800.00 - made a great storage unit, lockable and safe.

Global warming...HA! I'm beginning to think that on a "global scale", we on the west coast got left outta the equation ....except for those unfortunate folks down in Calif... gawd I wouldn't want their weather related problems but some of that warm sun would sure be nice.
