The red buiding behind it is a tavern in Chinook, Wa. I never got to talk to him and have not seen it at the tavern. When I do I'll stop in and see what it is. He wears an old leather helmet and looks like an old bomber pilot. From the looks the helmet on the handle bars maybe the law talked to him.
