Jethroish Posted September 22, 2009 Share #26 Posted September 22, 2009 They liked to use the chip seal in Okla, too, but not as much as I had seen in TX. For the price of M/C tires, personally, I would be looking at car tires.

I have ordered one...unfortunately the company hasn't provided a shipping date and we are leaving Thursday for a long weekend ride. Gotta buy the interim tire I guess. It will probably take Tire easy that long to ship it?
Phoenix Posted September 23, 2009 Author Share #28 Posted September 23, 2009 Thanks for the feedback - keep those cards and letters coming. It is interesting to hear that folks have had such good experiences with the Avon's and the Dunlop E3's in the rain. Maybe I'll try one of these. Ndiaz Posted September 23, 2009 Share #30 Posted September 23, 2009 Shinko Tourmaster 230 on front. Excellent rain tire. Best value for the money. Will buy a rear Shinko when present rear tire wears down. Nick Diaz Middletown, MD
