When I pulled in I pulled up next to, on first glance, looked like a very clean and pretty Blue on Blue 1st Gen MK2 Venture Royale. Naturelly I immediatly introduced myself and asked the rider his name and if he was a Venturerider member. He gave his name and said he had never heard of the venturerider group. As we were talking I was admiring his bike which for some reason I couldn't immediatly place didn't look right. The front end was a typical 87VR but the tail end trunk, saddlebags and crash bars was Goldwing rear end painted perfectly to match the color scheme of the factory blue on blue ventures. The reflector on the trunk said , YamaHonda Before he left I gave him a card and the web site address, I also invited him to Vogel since he didn't live that far a way.
