I assume you loosened the 4 allen bolts and raised the handlebar..If that didn't do it for you then I'd suggest risers..I added 1 1/2" Barron risers and it made a world of difference...I love them but some others don't... dacheedah Posted September 22, 2012 Share #6 Posted September 22, 2012 pull the chrome caps off, they just push into the end of the bolt, loosen and put them where you want them, re-tighten the top to 18 foot pounds, then tighten the lower bolts to 18 foot pounds, check top, check lower, put the caps back on and ride.
