I could spend a lot of time here typing various opinions and etc. about antennas, coax, connections, etc. The fact is though, there are smarter people with me who have already done it. One of those is Firestik Antennas. Great information regardless of whether or not you have that particular brand. Directly after new tires are mounted, sudden acceleration, maximum braking and hard cornering must be avoided. This will allow the rider to adjust to the "feel" and handling characteristics of the new tire and for the new tire to be "scuffed-in" correctly in order to achieve optimum grip level.
