  1. Believe it or not this is a production motorcycle; albeit a very limited production.
  2. 1969 Indian Velo 500. Floyd Clymer creation. But, Steve, I had already submitted this bike a while back (post #208). I think you should go to bed and rest your noggin. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_7SczI5autzw/Stc5aYMdDcI/AAAAAAAAE5Q/_5ED91GBiO8/s800/indianvelo001.jpg
  3. ****! You are quick!
  4. I posted the next moto to guess an hour ago... Are you awake?
  5. No one else wants to play, eh, Steve?
  6. OK, ok. It's a 1956 Maserati L 160 T4 . But I can't find YOUR NON-RED model. I thought Maserati motorcycles, like Ferrari motorcycles (and cars) were always red. http://www.southbayriders.com/forums/attachments/25176/ Edit: Found it! It's a 1954 Maserati 160: http://cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/maserati/images/Maserati_160_1954.jpg
  7. It only took you 23 minutes to post an answer with photos...I guess you DID know what it was, despite my suggestion that you wouldn't. But you didn't post the same pic of the GB500 in your answer. Don't get me wrong, you answered correctly and that is all that counts. Just having some fun...I hope? Trying to find the exact same picture that you originally post is what takes me the most time to answer. Sometimes I can figure out the bike in a few seconds and then spend minutes or hours trying to find the original pic.
  8. It's not what you think it is...
  9. 1998 Yamaha SR500. http://motoprofi.com/imgs/a/a/d/k/c/yamaha_sr_500_1998_1_lgw.jpg
  10. This is a 2007 edition of the Steve Tonkin Typhoon. http://cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/classics-t/Tonkin-Typhoon-2007.htm http://cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/classics-t/images/Tonkin-Typhoon-2007.jpg
  11. Remember what I said could have been your original problem of intermittent audio operation? On the pic of "My pins", notice the third pin down on the right hand row in the right connector? It appears to be recessed into the connector body. Prolly want to fix that. That pin may not be doing anything now with your new set-up, then again...
  12. Laverda American Eagle 650 1968 http://cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/laverda/images/Laverda_1968_AE_650cc_47.jpg
  13. Pretty sure that is a Laverda engine.
  14. Maybe that's the big announcement...he is going to tell us what he decided to name the "Sloth"...er...Second Gen.

  16. Calamari anyone?
  17. It may not be apparent, but this bike has a flat twin engine.
  18. It's a (Fratelli) Ferrari, but I don't know what vintage or size. I'm going guess it is mid Fifties vintage and 250cc? Fratelli was a brother to car maker Enzo. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YzDZ_NyNmDg/TuqunHzZMSI/AAAAAAAAFRE/giRW6q6B-30/s1600/Ferrari%2BMotorcycle%2B1.jpg http://aussieexotics.com/forum/dlattach/attach,50281/image/Ferrari-and-Maserati-Motorcycles/Ferrari-Motorcycle-4-9037.0.html.jpg
  19. "Frost on the ground" We've got as much as five feet of frost IN the ground. My house has been without water for three weeks, because of a frozen service line, five feet down.

    Why?

Here's WHY (Arizona).... http://www.aaroads.com/west/arizona082/az-085_n_seq_105_why.jpg Begs the question: WHY would you stop, let alone cross the road...
  21. Surprisingly, there were several of these built:
  22. I recognized the Japauto engine right away, just took me a while to find the pic of the 1971 Japauto 1000 quatro VX http://www.lerepairedesmotards.com/img/dossiers/constructeurs/japauto-preparation_hd.jpg
