I would like to give a big thank you to Steve Kowalcky (M61A1MECH).

I was on the verge of buying a 09 RSV in New Smyrna Beach at a great price. The guy selling the bike came across honest enough but I am a skeptic by nature. I reached out to Steve to see if he could give it a once over, he was very accomidating.

It turns out the bike had corrosion in places it normally would not, as if it lived on the coast or possibly was under salt water at some point he had also mentioned there may be an issue with a valve. I passed on the purchase.

So long story long Steve is a great guy and I owe him a beer!

Ya know that is just typical of the members of this site! Yes, Steve is a really great guy, but he is just another fine example of the quality of people here!

 

I've known since 2005 just how generous, giving, accommodating and downright decent the spirit of the members here is, and I'm proud to be a part of that!!!
