Do you know if they are using their own trucks or if they are bidding the shipping out? Had a bad experience with a company that did bid the shipping out. They sent a truck that you guys use to pick up car wrecks - open of cause and not meant for motorcycles by any means. My bike was a custom show bike and it was in the middle of winter in Illinois. Not to seem redundant, but I was VERY impressed with the one that came and picked up my bike. The truck and trailer were immaculant, dual levels with a hydraulic lift gate...top notch gear.
